New Pre-School Curriculum
Our DepEd Secretary submitted to the President the content of the new pre-school curriculum. The new curriculum will be implemented 3 years or less from now.
The curriculum defines what a five-year-old should know and able to do on such areas as values development, physical health and motor development, social and emotional development, cognitive development, creative arts, reading and writing readiness, and language, literacy and communication.
The public welcome the new curriculum since the various private pre-school around the country will have a standard curriculum based on DepEd's criteria.
