List of Schools with A (H1N1) virus Infections

The College of San Beda in Manila which is less than 300 meters away from Malacañang became the latest school in the Philippines with students confirmed with Swine Flue Virus.

The latest list of the schools;

1. De La Salle University - along Taft Avenue, Manila
2. St. Benilde College, - along Taft Avenue, Manila
3. FEU-East Asia in Manila near Recto Avenue
4. St. Andrew High School located in Parañaque,
5. Ateneo High School in Quezon City; (Ateneo University is not mention)
6. Hilera Elementary School in Nueva Ecija
7. Candelaria Meneses Duque High School Bulacan Province;
8. Our Lady of Perpetual Succor College in Marikina City;
9. Lagro Elementary School in Quezon City;
10. Mapua Institute of Makati City;
11. Philippines Science High School in Palo, Leyte
12. Miriam College in Quezon City;
13. Don Alejandro Roces Sr. Science and Technology High School in Quezon City;
14. St. Paul’s College in Pasig City;
15. Lourdes School in Mandaluyong City;
16. University of the Philippines-Diliman Quezon City,
17. Dominican College in San Juan Metro Manila
18. San Beda College in Mendiola Manila
    
19. Sta. Rosa Elementary School in Laguna Province
20. University of Cebu - Mandaue City and Lapu Lapu City Campus
    

Department of Health said all the infections connected with the schools are consider as minor. DOH 7 said announced that Cebu will once again host the Philippine International Travel Fair (PITF) next week, a gathering of tourism buyers and suppliers from the different countries around the world. Even there are increase in infections of Influenza A (H1N1) virus, Cebu still welcome the foreign visitors.

DepEd on the other hand inform the public that school classes continue. The additional 8 new infections in Cebu confirmed now the 12 A (H1N1) cases in Central Visayas, said Dr. Susana Madarieta, DOH 7 Director.
