The little daily habit that almost all people looking down for it is sport. This only thing will make our body much healthier n stronger. Any food we eat will produce calories as our fuel to move our body. If we eat much, but rarely move our body, the calories will be saved as fat. those fat, if it stored too much in our body, it will causes much disease. As example, cholesterol, hypertension, uric acid, n many more.
Therefore, we need to balance our eat n move, with small sport like running. It don't have to become long and exhausting run. Only 2 Km jogging will be enough for balancing the calories. Morning / dawn will be the best time for jogging, cause the level of oxygen(O2) is manier than other time. The most important thing is, do it FREQUENTLY. If not, you won't feel the real effect of jogging
The other things to make our live healthier is, balancing your food too ! Course it is important. If you have being done the frequently jogging, maybe 3 times a week. but you eat 100g such of candies a day, you will get a stroke in a year !!! It's okay to eat junk food, but make the ratio 1:3. 1 for junky, 3 for the healthy. Beside you will get better health, you will immune to some kinds of diseases. Such of flu, cough, sprue, and any common kind sick. As example, tomato. You can make tomato as salad / additional spice for food. Tomato contain lycopene, carotene, anthocyanin and antioxidant that will immune you from flu
The last thing is GET ENOUGH SLEEP. Maybe you underestimate this one, but tell me what you get when you sleep over night ? Maybe you will have done your works, maybe you will have done your duties, and many other maybes. But, there will be an effect in our live. Our hormones will be unstable. Our emotional will be worse when we wake up, we will feel tired all time, weaken the immune system, and many more.
Do you know that some process in our body become expressly working when we sleep ? Such as food digestion will be faster and better done when we sleep, blood reform, and the hormones in our body will be produced and distributed correctly. Therefore, it is not the requirement that you can underestimate it.
But if you really have to sleep overnight every day, cause of the works that never be done, done 10 increase 12 ? The best answer i can simplify is, you have to minimize your sleep time gradually. if you want to sleep 5 hours a night. You just have to decrease your time of sleeping by 1/4 hour a day in 12 days. It will make our body accustomed with the chance. It will not take effect in our body
The last i will tell you, you have to do all above requirements gradually and consistent. Cause the main meaning is consistent. Without that, its all meaningless.
